Henry Quartey The Greater Accra Regional Minister, Henry Quartey, has followed the path of Vice President Dr Bawumia to come to the aid of Psalm Adjeteyfio. A few days ago, a video of the legendary actor begging for GH3000 to pay for his rent went viral. The plight of the actor known for his role as TT in the popular 'Taxi Driver' series, reached Dr Bawumia who paid GH50,000 for his rent with 20,000 pocket money. Most people that live with in our neighborhood are mostly depressed of which we hardly find out their internal worries and pains.  Not long ago, TREND NEWS 📰 discovered a military man, who killed himself of which no other person know the actual reasons for his suicidal act.  WO Doku's dead body was discovered Friday dawn hanging by a rope tethered to a tree among some growths at Burma Camp, headquarters of the Ghana Armed Forces. No cause has immediately been offered for WO I Doku's committed suicide.  On Tuesday, 31st August 2021, I cut the sod for the commencement of work for the construction of the one hundred- and forty-five-million-dollar ($145 million) sports complex at Borteyman, in the Greater Accra Region, which will be used for the 2023 African Games. The Complex will be fitted with a one thousand (1,000) seater competition swimming pool, that is a 10-lane competition swimming pool; an 8-lane warm-up swimming pool; a one thousand (1,000) seater multi-purpose sports hall for basketball, badminton, boxing, table tennis and weightlifting; and a five-hundred-seater (500) temporary dome for handball, volleyball, judo, karate and taekwondo. Police in Aveyime - Battor in the North Tongu District of the Volta Region has arrested 22 year old Okada rider, Emmanuel Tsidi Doe for severing the head of 12 year old identified as Kofi for rituals. The sad event occured at Aflorkope-Dove near Battor on Sunday. Upon Police interrogation, the suspect (Emmanuel Tsidi Doe) admitted to have murdered the boy because a spiritualist, Madam Floda Ekpe, 52, the priestess of the Shelter Pentecostal Church Prayer Centre at Aflorkope allegedly instructed him to provide him with a human head for rituals.
